Refund and Cancellation Policy

This website www.iletsolutions.com operated by ILET Solutions Private Limited (herein after referred to as “ILET” or “Company”) reserve all rights to alter, suspend or relax any term, condition and policy pertaining to enrollment of users without prior notice and shall provide services to users who have complied with requisite terms and conditions of concerned program and Company.

As with any purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Refund Policy

Our refund policy will apply for following cases:

1. Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training –  Self Paced / Instructor Led Trainings

You may raise refund request within 3 days of attending the first session of the course.  In such case, you will be eligible for full refund after deducting the GST and transaction charges. No refund will be applicable if you have attended 2 or more sessions or have downloaded any content of an e-learning course. Also, in case a user has been sent a book / publication as a part of the course, the refund will be void.

2. Cancellation & Refunds: Webinars / Classroom Trainings / Workshops

ILET reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness/unavailability or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, instability etc.)

    1. In case ILET cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.
    2. If a cancellation is done by a candidate in 10 days (or more) prior to the event, 20% of the total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the candidate.
    3. If a cancellation is done by a candidate within 9 days (or less) of the event, no refunds will be made.

Under any circumstances, travel, logistics or any personal expense incurred by candidate will not be refunded.

3. Cancellation & Refunds: Guild or other Membership Programmes

No refund will be applicable for Guild or other Annual Membership Programme Fees. However, upgrade may be allowed in certain situations and will be at the discretion of ILET.

4. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds: Books

ILET provides selected books published and sold by its Programme Directors.  These books can be purchased on ILET website as well. At this point, there is no provision for cancellation / returns / refunds on books purchased from ILET website or offered to you as a benefit of ILET’s membership programmes.

Beyond any eligible refund amount, ILET shall not be liable or responsible to any individual or organisation in case of any loss, damages or liability that arises out of registration, rescheduling, replacement, cancellation or any other aspect there-off.
